Smooth When it comes to finding a good car, I know of nobody better than my acquaintance Brett Schmitz. He had found my last car which was a really nice car, that was in much better shape and felt better than the others had. So when it came time for a new car I asked him to help me find another good one. He didn't disappoint me. He managed to find a great vehicle that matched what i had specified that i had wanted, and then some. Since the car was already picked out it made it a really nice and quick since all I had to do was test drive it and fill out the paperwork. Brock made sure that the paperwork didn't take too long, which was really good since i had to get to work on time. Both employees helped make this a very good and smooth purchase for me and I am very grateful. I also have to thank the service team for doing a great job getting rid of the small spot of rust that Brett had told me it had. More

I had a problem with the rf wheel sensor when I got back to my home to Clinton,Iowa, Brett told me to take the car to my local Ford dealer for a diagnosis and have them call Holiday's service mgr. with the repair estimate which Holiday paid for. I appreciate the fact that Holiday stood behind there service pledge and because of my total experience with Holiday I would have no about recommending them. Best experience ever! I have always taken our vehicle to get major repairs done with Holiday's service center, so when it was time to buy a new car there was no question as I have always taken our vehicle to get major repairs done with Holiday's service center, so when it was time to buy a new car there was no question as to where we would go. What I didn't expect was the willingness to play along on surprising my kids! The way Brett jumped in and got my kids to believe that our old car was unfixable was absolutely fantastic! When Randy came in with the paperwork my kids were so shocked because Brett fooled them so well that once it dawned on them what was in my hands my oldest daughter started screaming "We got a new car?!" and started sobbing!! I had thebest experience of my life buying a car from Holiday CDJ that I will never get another car from any other dealer again. They have an awesome atmosphere and are willing to go above and beyond their job to make sure the customer is satisfied!! I could never be satisfied with another dealership again after this experience! Thanks guys... you seriously made my kids' day and mine:-) More

Brett responded right away and within minutes of our conversation he emailed me several pictures of the car - that and the car being in exceptional condition, sold me!
