I have had a horrible experience dealing with the service center. Brett did not call me or my husband to update us about our vehicle while it was at the service station. I was never told what was wrong, fixed, or what issues were found or not found on my vehicle. I am the ideal Gates customer I purchased my vehicle from Gates it is only serviced by Gates but I have not been treated like a loyal customer instead I have been dismissed and my concerns have been dismissed by Brett who is a manager. I will probably not want to purchase another vehicle from Gates based off this poor customer service experience after I have spent thousands of dollars at Gates. More
