Great Service After reading some not to desirable reviews on line, I was not looking forward to going to this dealership. I called another Nissan dealership and got the runaround. The internet pricing at M' lady Nissan was the lowest, even lower than Trucar,com. I called and talked to Brett who is the internet sales manager. He answered all my questions and called me back with the questions he could not answer. When I arrived at the dealership I was met and talked to Eddie Colville who was working a long day on Black Friday. This gentleman was very knowledgeable and up front on selling me a Frontier. At no point was I pressured into buying this vehicle. He got me every incentive that he could help me with. I also dealt with Phillip Hellstrom who worked with me on protection packages for my new vehicle. When I got to financing I met Abe who not only worked with us but had the time to relate to us as people instead of rushing us through after a very long day.my entire experience was rated as a ten because these people did not think of us as a sale but as customers who were buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

easy straightforward and a good deal I researched several Nissan dealers and was specifically told by one that Mlady could not possibly give me the vehicle I wanted for the quoted price. I researched several Nissan dealers and was specifically told by one that Mlady could not possibly give me the vehicle I wanted for the quoted price. That dealership gave me a price that was $4000 higher. I walked in to Mlady was helped immediately. I told the what I wanted and the price I was quoted. I drove away in my new Pathfinder an hour later at the price they quoted me. Staff were friendly helpful and efficient. I have already been telling friends to look there for their next vehicle. More

Call for a real price, don't just go by the website I bought a 2016 Rogue at M'Lady over the weekend, and would certainly recommend working with Scott M'Lady. He's very friendly, and to the point. My fa I bought a 2016 Rogue at M'Lady over the weekend, and would certainly recommend working with Scott M'Lady. He's very friendly, and to the point. My family has bought two cars (three including the new Rogue) from him directly, and we have always had pleasant, quick experiences both times. I'd recommend you do your research on the prices of the vehicle(s) you're interested in first, and what APRs you'll qualify for, before you go in. I said I wanted to pay a certain amount a month, and no more, and that's what I got. The APR through Nissan financing for 75 months was cheaper than either of our banks could offer. And they were speedy as usual. My fiance and I showed up at 2 p.m., and were pulling out of the lot a little after 4 p.m., and that time including a test drive. The sales person (Phillip was who I dealt with ) who tries to sell you the options (paint and interior protection, etc.) is really amicable and wasn't overly pushy -- I said no to all the extras and he was very polite and never pressured me. I appreciate that. I would have given five stars, but they need to update their website to remove all the "incentives" from the vehicles -- because if you read closely, you'll realize the majority of customers don't actually qualify for those (new grad, military, etc.). More
