"I've bought 3 new and will continue with M'Lady" I bought 2 new frontiers from M'Lady I loved them both but this time I needed a car. I called up Eddie Colville and told Eddie I needed something real I bought 2 new frontiers from M'Lady I loved them both but this time I needed a car. I called up Eddie Colville and told Eddie I needed something really good on gas, I got a new job and im traveling an hour to and from work this truck is sucking up the fuel. Can you get me out of this truck and into a car? Eddie said we have 4 left over 2018 Altima,s on the lot that have a $5000 rebate they get close to 40 mpg I said thats exactly what im looking for. I told Ed I had a little problem. I owe more than the truck was worth because I traded my last frontier a little to early and my credit wasnt the greatest at that time and i took a hit on interest rates. I live an hour away from Mlady and I wanted to see if the deal could be made before driving over there. (yes I will drive an hour to do business with them because they are that good, we have a nissan dealer 10 min from my house that cant make these deals!) Ed Colville called me back the next day and gave me the good news. The deal can be made with my wife and I both on the note and a small amount of cash down. The deal was done! we set up a time to sign the papers, we drove over there, the Altima was exactly as described the deal was exactly what we planned. I love this dealership. M"Lady will always have my business and Eddie Colville can get the deal done!!! More

Appointments Not Kept by Sales Personnel I had an appointment this morning with a salesperson for 9:30 am. I was there and they weren't. When I walked into the dealership I already felt unc I had an appointment this morning with a salesperson for 9:30 am. I was there and they weren't. When I walked into the dealership I already felt uncomfortable. This individual approached me and asked if they could help me. I introduced myself and told them that I had an appointment with so and so. Their response oh I can help you. No I had an appointment with so and so and would you please get them. Sure I try to locate them. Okay and then three individuals came out and said oh that individual doesn't come into 11:30 am. My response sorry but I had an appointment with them at 9:30 am. Well that is there hours - no we had an appointment for 9:30 am. Well we can take care of you. The sales manager got rude with me. I said well you apparently don't value my time so I will go to another Nissan Dealer. We have a 2016 Murano SL AWD that we were going to trade for a Pathfinder. His response was you don't want to buy a vehicle. I said again and again that individual emailed and called me several times about today's appointment and I made a point of being there and they weren't. Then she finally calls me later in the afternoon and asks me how can I help you. I asked them why weren't they there at the appointed time. Excuse was there power went out. I said what!! Your sales manager told me that your start time was 11:30 am, So I said who is telling the truth and no response. Well you can come down now and I can help you. Sorry but I already have a Pathfinder Platinum setting in my driveway. They said how did you do that so quick. I called Rosen and they told me to come up and they would have one for me to try out. No way would I recommend M'Lady to purchase a vehicle from. More

Alex went above and beyond to get Us the right car after my wife had totaled her 2017 Sentra . We don’t have the best credit, no money down, but Alex helped us along with your team to get us into a Rogue sport without pressure, and very accommodating. I have dealt with other Nissan Dealerships and have never had this kind of smooth experience. I want you to know that because of the people at your dealership including Alex, Brandon in service, and Randy in finance, you have our continued business and service for our Nissans. I hope that you can give Alex much appreciation for going above and beyond to help us out in a rough time. More

Simply the best!! I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was at M'Lady Nissan. This is my 5th leased Nissan and my 3rd vehicle from M'Lady. I worked w I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was at M'Lady Nissan. This is my 5th leased Nissan and my 3rd vehicle from M'Lady. I worked with Brett, Tom, and Pete. All three were amazing! I came in knowing what I wanted and I was not willing to settle. I am a young women who came in alone, but they treated me with respect and did not try to upsell me. Pete and Tom spent 5 hours showing me 7+ Rogues. At first, we weren't able to find the exact Rogue I wanted for the price I wanted. I decided to leave. Tom and Pete agreed to follow up with me. I left around 12:30pm and around 8:15pm Tom called me. He had worked all day to find the Rogue I wanted for the price I wanted. He had it brought in from another dealer. We agreed to a price and set up from me to come in the next morning to finalize the purchase. Pete even came in early to make sure I was taken care of. He wasn't supposed to start until 1pm, but came in at 9am to help me since Tom had the day off. I left in my dream car and couldn't be happier. Everything was positive about my experience, except my interaction with Brandon in service. Pete had pulled around my old car and my new car into the service drive so I could move things from the old car to the new car. Brandon came out while I was waiting for Pete to pull around the cars and nastily asked what I was doing there, I explained I just purchased a new vehicle and I was waiting for it to be pulled around. Once both cars were pulled around, I started moving things over. It took all of 5 minutes, but Brandon was not having it because the two cars were taking up too much of the service drive for his liking. He yelled at Pete to move the cars in case a customer came in. Guess what, I am a customer who just purchased a brand new car. His attitude left a lot to be desired, but it was only a small portion of the otherwise amazing experience I had. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend M'Lady. More

The Impossible dream I would of given a full 5 star review but I want to be honest in regards to my full experience today at M'Lady Nissan. Today I must say was an experi I would of given a full 5 star review but I want to be honest in regards to my full experience today at M'Lady Nissan. Today I must say was an experience in regards to getting myself in a used vehicle and I would of never imagine this evening that its now sitting in my garage. My visit was a long one and with a lot of patience not only with my salesman, the finance manager who went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle and I guess with myself I can say they kept their word in regards to getting me the finance that I needed. In the last month I visited two other dealer that made promises but were unable to keep them for what ever reasons. The internet staff who kept up with me in regards to the emails of all my questions and concerns and quite honestly my shear doubt. Thank you for your time and again for your patience. The reason that there are only four stars is only because of the time frame that it took to get me a vehicle, other then that I would recommend anyone that is reading this and has had trouble with your credit, please trust me when I say this only because I have lived it. M'LADY is trust worthy and will get you in a vehicle! Patience is the word for the day, but its all worth it in the end!! Thank you everyone. Brian Jensen More

Another nice new vehicle from M'Lady I have been a repeat customer of M'Lady for about the last eight years or so for both mine and my wife's vehicles. They've always been fair and respe I have been a repeat customer of M'Lady for about the last eight years or so for both mine and my wife's vehicles. They've always been fair and respectful in our negotiations and that certainly did not change last night. Very satisfied with our lease deal last evening with the Maxima Platinum edition. I came in to acquire the gun metallic SR midnight edition but ended up leaving with the Platinum edition listed for 2K more but for the same deal because they had just sold the SR midnight. The sales guys are awesome! More
