I brought my vehicle in for a recall repair which went great, but I asked for additional service. The technician told me I MUST do certain items, however, I understood the repair being discussed (I have done it personally) and I felt I was railroaded into having to do items that I know are favorable, but not necessary. There was no compromise between what was being suggested and what I wanted done. I will not return. More
