We bought a vehicle that had a few issues ( one fairly serious) and it took 3 trips to the dealership to get it resolved during our vacation but they ultimately resolved those. We have to bring the vehicle to another dealer to fix a dent they agreed to fix- again, not convenient but apparently they will pay for it, which we hope they will ,but another trip to a dealer even further away. .So, a fair amount of inconvenience but atleast a good outcome so far. I was shocked at the increase in price of the service. Then being upsold on new windshield wiper blades, costing $18 to install, front and back.
