From day one, I had the absolute best email communications, which ultimately lead me to make the drive to Adams. As soon as I got to the dealership, everyone was awesome. I met Bria, the woman I had been emailing, who came in on her day off to make sure I was taken care of. Then, the personalized interactions with Victoria. She made me feel like a person, and not a sale. She was able to answer any my questions in an easy to understand way. She was great! I custom ordered my wrangler and Victoria and Bria both kept me up to date of the status of my build. I’m beyond thrilled to have driven past all the other Jeep dealerships on my way to Adams. More
