The first meeting was very pleasant because I was just there to look and she was kind enough to not push me into talking or try to show me something. I did a lot of studying and investigating the following 5 months checking out each new color as they came out trying to decide which color I like the most. The key for us was when FCA decided to allow Employee pricing then I knew it was time to get serious. I spent a lot of time communicating with a business development person Bria, who was very helpful and lined up my opportunity to bring my trade in vehicle (2008 Corvette) for an estimate. This is when I officially met Victoria on 9-12 she did what she could to help me get my best deal came back on 9-13 and finalized everything for the most part everything went very smooth and I could not be happier. Thank Bria and Victoria for making the experience as pleasant as you could we love our Gladiator. More

Keith found the jeep of my request including a manual transmission over three hours away and sent their two employees to another dealership the next morning to go get it. They did the custom lift that morning, and I picked it up in the afternoon. It was my first time buying a brand new car and I cannot say enough about how great Adams jeep is at what they do.
