Excellent experience We stopped into Napleton’s to look at the palisade. This was our last stop as we visited 2 other Hyundai dealers closer to home. The other dealership We stopped into Napleton’s to look at the palisade. This was our last stop as we visited 2 other Hyundai dealers closer to home. The other dealership wouldn’t even let us test drive the vehicle until we could guarantee we were serious and ready to buy that exact day. When we walked in Brian greeted us and and even though he was waiting for an appointment to come in he gave us his full attention. He let us drive the vehicle and never once made us feel pressured. He helped me purchase the car I really wanted at the price I wanted all with a smile on his face. My only regret is that this wasn’t the first stop on our search! I will highly recommend Brian and Napleton’s to friends and family! More

The rest will waste your time at best and disrespect you blatantly at worse. Between my immediate family and I, this dealership has gotten 7 cars unloaded and this changes nothing. We have never asked for special treatment, just basic human decency and only but member of the sales team that we have encountered has been able to manage that. I give this dealership 3 stars only due to Brian Anderson. More

Low Key Sell I came into the dealership just to look. Brian asked the right questions so that he could show me the Santa Fe model that would suit me best. He bro I came into the dealership just to look. Brian asked the right questions so that he could show me the Santa Fe model that would suit me best. He brought the SUV up to the door for me to look at. I really wasn't interested in driving it at that point. I asked for some leasing numbers just to see what I was looking at in terms of money. He got me the numbers and kept urging me to consider leasing the vehicle. He was very laid back about the urging to lease. I never felt pressured at any point. He invited me to take a test drive and then see how I felt. I did and I ended up leasing the Santa Fe. Only downside of the process was the time spent on the paperwork. A lot longer than I have ever experienced. More
