Better than most I always find car shopping to be quite frustrating. But Brian Anderson made the car buying experience better than most. My daughter came in with very specific wants for a pre-owned car, and Brian was able to give her one that fit the bill. I would definitely refer others to Napleton Valley Hyundai, and specifically to Brian for a good car buying experience. More

If you don't have to deal with a manager may be OK I went into this dealership looking at two different models of Hyundai cars. Ryan was nice and professional and tried to help me find a car that met I went into this dealership looking at two different models of Hyundai cars. Ryan was nice and professional and tried to help me find a car that met my health needs. When it came to the part where I had to talk to the manager, Brian, it went from a decent experience to horrible. When you tell someone you have special needs due to health issues you do not expect to be made fun of by a manager from a place wanting your business. But that is what happened to me. I was told that I'm "looking for a unicorn" along with other forms of belittlement. When a manager turns to their sales rep and says "I feel sorry for you dealing with this" which "this" is meaning ME that is not at all a good representation of himself NOR the dealership. I have my car choice broken down to 4 vehicles, two of them being a Hyundai via my test drives. Hyundai is still a top contender, but I will NOT be dealing with this dealership. More
