Bought a used Chrysler Town & Country (2013). Brian was extremely friendly and helpful, excellent service. During the next couple of days, a couple of minor issues came up (valve on tire damaged, remote ke extremely friendly and helpful, excellent service. During the next couple of days, a couple of minor issues came up (valve on tire damaged, remote key not working properly, one of the seats could not be brought in upright positions, two of the tires were older than indicated). I guess, I could have inspected the car a little bit more carefully but a little bit more transparency would have been nice, too. This being said, even accounting for those minor issues, the price of the car was still very good and it runs smoothly. Would recommend Philipps in general and Brian in specific. More
