Bought a 2025 BMW with low mileage. The dealership refused a third-party inspection, and the air conditioning failed immediately after I drove it off the lot. When I asked about it, I was told it was “just taking longer to cool because of the hot weather.” Unfortunately, that was not the case. Very disappointing experience, and it will be hard to trust another Koons dealer. More

I searched several dealerships and ended up at Win Kelly. I worked with Brian B, who was a very good salesman. While the dealership did was not willing to negotiate on the price, I do feel satisfied with my purchase and I am happy with my experience and how I was treated as a customer. I do recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking for a Chevy. More

As a matter of fact, I was undecided during a couple of vis The salesman, Brian B., was very personable, professional and did not pressure me one bit. As a matter of fact, I was undecided during a couple of visits and email correspondence. He was patient, though and never tried to rush my big decision. I finally found my car and the whole buying and paperwork process was smooth and painless. I got a tour of the service facilities by a service center representative and was very satisfied with the whole experience. I have already started recommending Win Kelly for my friends’ car buying needs. More
