Had financing completed at this dealer. I was to be the co-signer with my daughter, but when the credit union papers came, I was listed as primary. I checked with the credit union and was told i would have to refinance to fix it. Auffenberg messed up the paperwork. Otherwise, everything went great! More

Delt with service department always. They have always taken great care of us. Had a horrible experience with sales section about 2 years ago. Looked at a 2023 Nissan frontier. They wrote up they sales sheet, we went to bank got the check for they vehicle. Came back the next day, we were told that the truck had been sold. That was a lie, it was still on the lot. Then they sent a salesman out to talk to us. The check was 1500 short of what they wanted to work the deal. Salesman said to us sir it's like you at a restaurant ordering a filet at sirloin price. Very insulting to me. So they allowed us to walk out with a 51,000 check made out to auffenberg Nissan. To me that speaks volumes. More
