A “time for an oil change” service today and much more! Keeping my car serviced by the book is important and Natick Mercedes does it best. Brian helped me with my run flat tire that had a nail in it. I was able to drop my car off on Tuesday to have it looked at on Wednesday, Scott helped me with the warranty and paperwork and my car was ready it. I was able to drop my car off on Tuesday to have it looked at on Wednesday, Scott helped me with the warranty and paperwork and my car was ready to go Wednesday afternoon. I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up until almost closing so Service left my keys with sales so I’d be able to retrieve it. Sharon at the front was as pleasant and sweet as could be. Overall great experience. More
