This dealership is clean and comfortable to wait for your car. They offer snacks and beverages. I waited 3 hours for my 10k service, with the 4 wheel alignment, wiper blades and inspection sticker which I re car. They offer snacks and beverages. Fred explained everything to me answered all my questions. I love how they text you a video of the car review and send you a detailed report on your car. You can also communicate with your representative at anytime via text with questions. I highly recommend Mercedes of Sudbury! More
