The staff at Stateline is friendly, provides estimates in a straightforward manner, and does what they are able to reduce the inconvenience of a lengthy service call. We are no longer concerned about the change in dealer ownership. More

Service Department I made my appointment on line. Very easy and no problems EXCEPT - I requested a complete detailing on my car. When I got to the service department t I made my appointment on line. Very easy and no problems EXCEPT - I requested a complete detailing on my car. When I got to the service department they informed the car needed to be kept overnight. That should have been stated on the web site, so I could have made different plans. They did give me a ride home and delivered the car to my home the next day. So, I was pleased but it required three people being away from their jobs. p.s. The "Reason for Visit" (see below) was for service, not sales More

60,000 mile recommended service We were able to get an appointment the same day. The service technician (? Title) discovered we needed rear wheel bearings and recommended we replace We were able to get an appointment the same day. The service technician (? Title) discovered we needed rear wheel bearings and recommended we replace front/rear brake pads. Service rep at desk was helpful and courteous. We trust Subaru and appreciate their careful attention to our vehicle and to our safety. More

Love Subarau First maintenance check as Stateline so for so good! Sadly they could not help me with updating my navigation system which Somerset Subarau did in my First maintenance check as Stateline so for so good! Fairly quick Went in to get my Forester fixed they were pretty quick in and out in about an hour and a half. I did notice that my car was sitting for about 15 minu Went in to get my Forester fixed they were pretty quick in and out in about an hour and a half. I did notice that my car was sitting for about 15 minutes after it was fixed but I could tell they were busy and I’m not an unreasonable person. Overall it was a painless experience. More

Slow and no resolution They can't seem to fix the same issue my new Subaru has had since I purchased it. Also, at the end of the last service appointment they couldn't find They can't seem to fix the same issue my new Subaru has had since I purchased it. Also, at the end of the last service appointment they couldn't find my car. The rep walked around the dealership parking lot clicking my remote, and found it on the far end of the lot among their sale cars. This convinced me that they didn't even look at it, and simply repeated what they said at other appointments. I won't return to their service station, or purchase another Subaru. More
