Always a pleasure to deal with anyone over at Somerset Stateline Subaru. This is my third lease from Stateline, and I love the service. Everything was exceptional except the newly outsourced leasing. The employee, Manny, was slow to attend to my lease. He was very chatty with the couple before me who appeared to be retired. He engaged ful leasing. The employee, Manny, was slow to attend to my lease. He was very chatty with the couple before me who appeared to be retired. He engaged fully in their conversations instead of expediting their lease when he could clearly see that I was waiting for a lease. It was second day at a new job and I wanted to get there on time. When he finally finished with them, i explained my situation and he did attempt to quicken the transaction. He then brought out my loaner and it was a hybrid. He did not inform me of this and it was difficult to acclimate. We have had a loaner car before without this outsourced service and it was very efficient. Brian of the service department was very good to us and apologized for the delay. When we returned the loaner, he assisted above and beyond as he always does. Give him a raise! More
