New Truck Purchase! Good job Brian and Ethan!!! Great experience. The one thing that stood out at me was social distancing was practiced and evident in the show room. Good job Brian and Ethan!!! When I made it back to finance, there was a child playing in the toy room and others sitting in chairs that are closer together than 6 feet. The folks sitting there were not related. Might consider making changes in that area of the dealership. thanks! kevin More

Great Experience! I originally talked to Madison and I asked her to set me up an appointment with the most knowledgeable salesperson on the Ford Mustangs. I arrived and I originally talked to Madison and I asked her to set me up an appointment with the most knowledgeable salesperson on the Ford Mustangs. I arrived and Brian Chan was waiting for me and he definitely was the most knowledgeable salesperson I had experienced in my search for a Mustang. He took the time to show me and explain to me the differences between the Mustangs and performance differences as well. He was never pushy just informative and helpful. I highly recommend going to Metro Ford and seeing Brian Chan for any of your automotive needs. More

Brought my truck in for an oil change and it was not cleaned. Now there is an oil puddle in my garage. It’s a new house and had hoped to keep things clean for longer the this.
