Great Experience! I originally talked to Madison and I asked her to set me up an appointment with the most knowledgeable salesperson on the Ford Mustangs. I arrived and I originally talked to Madison and I asked her to set me up an appointment with the most knowledgeable salesperson on the Ford Mustangs. I arrived and Brian Chan was waiting for me and he definitely was the most knowledgeable salesperson I had experienced in my search for a Mustang. He took the time to show me and explain to me the differences between the Mustangs and performance differences as well. He was never pushy just informative and helpful. I highly recommend going to Metro Ford and seeing Brian Chan for any of your automotive needs. More

Brought my truck in for an oil change and it was not cleaned. Now there is an oil puddle in my garage. It’s a new house and had hoped to keep things clean for longer the this. I had an absolutely excellent buying experience at Metro Ford of OKC. As a matter of fact, I drove up from Dallas to buy from Metro Ford. Ask for Brian Chan in Sales. He was excellent all the way through my Ford of OKC. As a matter of fact, I drove up from Dallas to buy from Metro Ford. Ask for Brian Chan in Sales. He was excellent all the way through my purchase of a 2019 Ford F-150 Roush Edition. And, he made this by far the best buying experience of my life - both before a deal was reached and after. He has his customers’ best interests in mind and he will go above and beyond for you, just like he did for me. Great buying experience Went in to look at new 2020 350 Super Duty and talked with Chris Derrick. I heard a Chevy on order and told him if he could sell me on his product I w Went in to look at new 2020 350 Super Duty and talked with Chris Derrick. I heard a Chevy on order and told him if he could sell me on his product I would change, he did and I did. Zero pressure dealing with him but his knowledge of his product was impressive. He never tore down other manufacturers he just sold me on the Ford. No haggling on the price. I also dealt with Brian Chan on delivery and he was equally impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership or Chris and Brian. More
