Amazing Brian Chan sold me my 2019 Ford Escape and he also sold my mom her 2019 Edge. He was AMAZING. So friendly, easy to work with, no pressure. Ford kept my car for a month but they did provide me with a I was told at first that my car service would be 750.00 and then someone called me and said we will have to raise the price because the worker that no I was told at first that my car service would be 750.00 and then someone called me and said we will have to raise the price because the worker that no longer works there quoted me the wrong price .The price elevated to $900.00 after having my car for 2 weeks.I called back after the 3rd week and asked what was going on with my car, someone told me they had to ship it to Jaguar because Ford couldn’t fix it. Finally after 4 weeks I received my car back. The best part of this experience is when the price went down and my car was clean. More

Redeemed but not a five-star rating for customer service. Brought in my 2017 GT Mustang for service. Was completely dead and had to tow in. I was without my vehicle for exactly two weeks with a dead battery t Brought in my 2017 GT Mustang for service. Was completely dead and had to tow in. I was without my vehicle for exactly two weeks with a dead battery that was under warranty. To get any information on my vehicle I had to call and check the status every other day as I was without a vehicle and was told a courtesy vehicle wasn't available and wouldn't be available as I was 8th in line. After a call that ended with my expressed dissatisfaction, did I start to finally get an update and quicker service. The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 3-star rating is I got my car back with a free oil change and tank of gas for the long wait time. Overall I am satisfied with the service of my car, but the lack of customer service upfront needs to be improved. More
