Quick and Painless I have given a 5 star rating due to the quick and easy process I went through to trade in my truck and get into a brand new car. Brian went out of his I have given a 5 star rating due to the quick and easy process I went through to trade in my truck and get into a brand new car. Brian went out of his way to get me a car that was in a different state and got it to me in a couple days with a fresh detail job. I was given a nice EcoBoost Mustang as a rental as well while I waited for my car. More

Friendly and prompt. The service personnel have always been polite and professional. Only reason for 4 stars is they will shuttle you but do not have loaners. New Purchase There was a little problem with the communication as to what the on line price included and why the price quoted on line was different than the price There was a little problem with the communication as to what the on line price included and why the price quoted on line was different than the price quoted at the dealership. There was a poor explanation of the cash rebates and I am still not sure I received the Farm Bureau rebate that my membership says I should have received. The explanation was not clear and seemed to dismiss the rebate with out any valid reason. More
