I took my Altima in to have my oil changed, my driver side visor fixed as well as my rear defrost. I received a call from Robert on Friday the 7th that was var was ready to be picked up. I told Robert I would be there on Saturday to pick it up. I get there on Saturday and pay over $400 dollars for all the service work that was done. Then a lady comes out and tells me that my key fob has been lost and the service department is trying to reprogram me a key and since there is only 1 computer will take about 30 minutes. My husband and I decide to wait the 30 minutes. Brian comes out with a new key fob and says we need to sometime go get the other key fob so he can reprogram that one as well. I get in my car and my new visor is covered in grease or oil. The clip is not on my new visor and my shift lock button is out. I went home to get my other key fob and took it back up there to have it reprogrammed. We explained our frustrations about how my car was left dirty to the guy with the red hair, but he was very rude to us, but gave the information to Brian and luckily Brian cleaned it up and apologized. We were also looking to buy another Nissian, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. More

Service Representatives are very helpful and attentive. Staff is nice and friendly, very inviting atmosphere. Michael and Efrain sold me my 2020 Nissan NV witch I'm very proud of, and Brian and Danny are g Staff is nice and friendly, very inviting atmosphere. Michael and Efrain sold me my 2020 Nissan NV witch I'm very proud of, and Brian and Danny are great addition to the service Dept I enjoy taking my Nissan Armada, Altima and NV to them when service is needed, and Cheyenne was very helpful when I need a print out of my bill of sale for my 2019 Altima. Good Job guys keep up the good work. More
