Service center was ridiculous. I made an appointment on Friday for Saturday at 10am, when I got there, i was told that I would still have to wait for 2 to 2.5 hours, I actually have to wait for 3.5 hours, Friday for Saturday at 10am, when I got there, i was told that I would still have to wait for 2 to 2.5 hours, I actually have to wait for 3.5 hours, what the point of making an appointment if walk-ins get in before me. On top of that Paul didn't have the invoice ready from Friday, I had to give the info and explain the problem again, and also Paul didn't quote me the same price, saying there was a $100 deductible and I actually got charged around $230, I'm not a satisfied customer to say the least More

I brought my car in for Diagnostics on the transmission which is overheating on hot days going uphill what causes it to slow my driving down to 20 miles an hour or less on the freeway. The first time it happened your service people said it was a common problem these Transmissions were having and they added a cooling system to the transmission. I don't know if it ever worked because I didn't drive on a hot day up a mountain Hill for a couple of years but the very next time I did it did the same thing your technicians told me they could fix the problem for $1,900 if I just get the valve body or $3,900 if they replace the transmission (which is faulty from the manufacturer.) It's just not right. We thought when I bought this car knew We would not have to buy another car or have any problems with the newer car. My wife and I are senior citizens on Social Security, (fixed income). We can't afford to fix this lemon. More

I took my Altima in to have my oil changed, my driver side visor fixed as well as my rear defrost. I received a call from Robert on Friday the 7th that was var was ready to be picked up. I told Robert I would be there on Saturday to pick it up. I get there on Saturday and pay over $400 dollars for all the service work that was done. Then a lady comes out and tells me that my key fob has been lost and the service department is trying to reprogram me a key and since there is only 1 computer will take about 30 minutes. My husband and I decide to wait the 30 minutes. Brian comes out with a new key fob and says we need to sometime go get the other key fob so he can reprogram that one as well. I get in my car and my new visor is covered in grease or oil. The clip is not on my new visor and my shift lock button is out. I went home to get my other key fob and took it back up there to have it reprogrammed. We explained our frustrations about how my car was left dirty to the guy with the red hair, but he was very rude to us, but gave the information to Brian and luckily Brian cleaned it up and apologized. We were also looking to buy another Nissian, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. More
