Attitudes were all respectful and not condescending to an older woman which frequently seems to happen at car dealerships full of young, punky kids who rush you with dollar signs shining in their eyes. Big improvement over my last time buying a car. More

Misleading dealership I had a wonderful car buying experience with this dealership, but I’ve learned that once they get you in a vehicle that’s where the outstanding custom I had a wonderful car buying experience with this dealership, but I’ve learned that once they get you in a vehicle that’s where the outstanding customer service ends. I was told that my vehicle came with 2 years free maintenance and when it was time for my first oil change I was told that maintenance was not covered. I have also been told multiple times that the manager would look into it and have not heard anything else. Additionally, when I purchased my vehicle in January it only came with one key and was told by the sales person that he would get me another key. Now, it is April, still no key and was told to come up to the dealership when the key guy is there. I went to the dealership and after waiting 30 minutes I am told he doesn’t have my kind of key on his truck and that he will call me when he has it. I am disappointed that the customer service does not extend after you purchase a vehicle and very dissatisfied with how this has turned out. I highly doubt, that I would return in the future or recommend anyone to purchase from there. More

Best auto dealer buying experience I've ever had I was an unusual buyer: from out of state, negotiated the deal over the phone with Harry & Brian, signed all the paperwork remotely, then flew in and I was an unusual buyer: from out of state, negotiated the deal over the phone with Harry & Brian, signed all the paperwork remotely, then flew in and picked up the car - assuming it was as shown and advertised. Everything went flawlessly and they were very flexible on pricing and delivery timing. Perfect condition for a 2 yr old used car at pickup, and it was the shortest dealer vehicle delivery at the site I've ever experienced - in and out in less than an hour and that included Harry explaining all the unique safety options. I'd recommend Village, Harry and Brian highly and would buy from them again in a second. More

Professional Staff I have never met a more professional staff at an automobile dealership. They moved the process along and did not play silly games. Because of their other business that day, it took little longer for the F&I person to get to me, but he was forthright and non-pressure also. I recommend this dealership. More

One of the better Toyota dealers in the area! My experience was quick and easy! No up selling, no run around, no lies and very personable! I have been to leesburg and Deluca Toyota and had nothing but long waits and hassles/headaches; so needless to say dealing with Village was a cakewalk that took the dreadfulness out of car buying! The salesman (Derek) was friendly and professional, without being pushy. He offered to show us less costly versions of the minivan we test drove, which I appreciated. They worked with us on the price, and let us feel like we talked them down a bit. The place was clean and modern, a very pleasant building. I would definitely recommend my friends to use this dealer. More
