He was very patient with us through the entire process and never once made us feel pressured to buy. Once we decided on our vehicle, everyone was very accommodating of our schedule to be able to finish everything in a timely manner. Marcial, the sales manager, was great - we never felt pressured and he worked with us to get us to where we wanted to be. Evelyn, the business manager, couldn’t be better. She was patient with having our two kids with us, interacting with them, and providing them coloring books. Overall, we can’t say enough good about this experience.
