I had 2 hits on my report on the same day, and even got a denial letter for a loan, even though I was not applying there and did not give my permission. I also had a problem with Brian Delcid, a business manager, who made a very rude comment that even my sales rep found inappropriate. I wrote a letter to the General Manager (Marcello) right after it happened, and I have still not heard back about my credit pull, which was done without my permission, or about Brian's behavior. This was over a month ago. Now I'm forced to take action to protect my rights against unfair practices. This dealership has gone downhill! I can't help but think what Steve & Rick Germain would say if they were still more involved. More

Thank you Asher Puri for taking my grievance seriously and resolving it quickly, fairly, and to my satifaction. Honestly, had I realized Asher was the business manager, my issue probably would've been resolved a lot quicker. Sunny is a great salesman. Even after my purchase, he's helped answer questions and researched a few things for me. Lincoln and Brian were great to work with as well. We all could have avoided the issue had we done our due diligence, but mistakes happen and Germain takes their mistakes seriously. Thank you to the sales and finance team for selling me my vehicle and resolving the issue quickly. More
