This is my 3rd purchase from Danbury KIA. My 1stcwas in 2013. I cannot say enough about my experience. Brian Dickey was my salesman. He was extremely upbeat as well as positive. He went above and beyond to get me into my car of choice. I actually went to see about trading in my 2017 Sportage for another Sportage. When I realized the new Sportage is significantly bigger than the 2017, I was a little saddened as I didn't want a car that size. Brian suggested I see the Seltos. When he brought the car around, I was stunned. Such a pretty car. When we test drove it, I fell in love with it. Brian happily stayed late to not only get me into the car, he gave me all the time I needed to empty out my Sportage. Let me tell you, I had a lot of stuff in it. He was truly amazing! I can't say enough about him. What an asset he is for Danbury KIA. Once it was time for me to sign documents, I met Jeff Campaniolo. Again, another awesome person. He streamlined the paperwork. This not only saved time, it helped me make sense of all I was signing. What an incredible experience. As I said this is my third purchase and I will continue using Danbury Kia as my preferred dealership. I obviously will recommend to my friends and family. Letting them know how incredible it was to be treated with such respect, and professionalism as I was by Brian and then again by Jeff. On a side note, I absolutely love my new car. Way to go Danbury Kia. You have two awesome employees that are, in my opinion, great assets to this dealership. Thank you Brian and thank you Jeff. More

Brian was not only understanding but helped compare/contrast options and talked through each one with pro/con. Ultimately I decided to trade-in, he made the price work out (lower than current payment; newer car), and was enjoyable and trusting throughout. Best experience at a dealership; 10/10. More
