The van we were quoted was not the van the dealership ordered. We had carefully checked the quote to make sure it was what we wanted. This dealership needs some kind of "measure twice cut once" method to ensure that they order the correct vehicle. We were not compensated for the mistake; kind of, told we will be happier with different option. More
