The van we were quoted was not the van the dealership ordered. We had carefully checked the quote to make sure it was what we wanted. We asked the salesman to check the quote against the order as the o ordered. We had carefully checked the quote to make sure it was what we wanted. We asked the salesman to check the quote against the order as the options are detailed differently in the two formats. The van arrived with the wrong doors. This dealership needs some kind of "measure twice cut once" method to ensure that they order the correct vehicle. We were not compensated for the mistake; kind of, told we will be happier with different option. More
