I have been with Nissan for 16 years. Having owned several Nissan’s and sold 1000’s so I can speak to the Quality, Innovation, and Reliability of the Nissan Product. I like to go over the vehicles in detail so that you fully understand what you’re getting when you get a Nissan from myself and Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and a non-pressuring shopping experience. I am here to answer any questions you may have. I take care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. All my customers are given my personal cell phone number and can reach me day and night with any questions or concerns. I also give all my customers car washes for life on any vehicle you bring me even if you didn't get it from me and yes I wash your car personally:) It is my little way to say thank you for your business. I am always here for YOU!

Upon my visit on January 2, 2018, Brian was v January 8, 2018 I would like to pay a well deserved compliment to Brian L. Evans (my Sales Consultant). Upon my visit on January 2, 2018, Brian was very attentive to my concerns about getting out of my 2 year lease. He went over and beyond to treat me with Excellent Customer Service...Very Polite, Honest and Concentration on what I needed in a car and payment. Brian, was very detailed in teaching me every step about how to use my new car. He kept his promise, he followed up the next day and the day after to see if I had any questions and to thank me once again for my business. On January 5, 2018, I called Brian he immediately returned my call to assist me with my car. He was a pleasure to work with and I am enjoying the comfort and the style of my new Nissan Rogue Sport. Amazing customer service I have been car shopping for years and I’ve never experienced such an amazing sales person. Every question I asked he had the answer. A true profess I have been car shopping for years and I’ve never experienced such an amazing sales person. Every question I asked he had the answer. A true professional in every sense of the word. He introduced me to service, showed me every feature on the car, paired my Bluetooth and showed me how to work my navigation. My Experience with them is worst. Absolute sales stuff. I am surprised to see his rating a 5 star, either this is cooked up or he has treated me really very bad. Fantastic Experience If you are like many and can't stand thinking of dealing with car dealerships and salespeople, this is the place for you and Brian is your salesperson If you are like many and can't stand thinking of dealing with car dealerships and salespeople, this is the place for you and Brian is your salesperson! Brian quickly took care of our old lease, took my worries about any damage on my current car away and found us our perfect car. He got us a great deal and offered any and all help we could possibly need in an incredibly short amount of time. He was very low pressure and the most important thing was that you could tell he was all about meeting your needs, not making a sale. This is our 6th Nissan too. The sales manager, Lydia, is also a very kind woman who makes the experience more enjoyable and easy. We have had great experiences at this dealership and will be back. More
