I have been a customer of Robert Brogden for more than 15 years. My recent service was on time, and I was in an out with no issues. The service representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and told me what to years. My recent service was on time, and I was in an out with no issues. The service representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and told me what to expect. My major complaint is that corporate or the dealership has made a decision to not accept personal checks. I much prefer to "pay as I go" for maintenance on our vehicles and am disappointed that after all these years of paying with a check, the only method of payment appears to be a credit card. More

Best service I ever had. I was at another dealership and they tried to fix the problem my car had and they failed. Service department is less than desirable to work with. Service writers are in no hurry to help and are not very customer service oriented. The guys that do the oil changes and tire rotations lack general Service writers are in no hurry to help and are not very customer service oriented. The guys that do the oil changes and tire rotations lack general knowledge and or reading skills. I have had multiple issues with tire pressures being right on my truck after the service is completed. Door sticker recommends 60 front and 80 in the rear. Three separate oil changes and all the is done is the rotate the tires and add some air. Never once have those pressures met the door sticker. Plus I always check the lug nut torque and have to tighten lug nuts that are not tight. I have talk with the service manager Brian 3 times and I have gotten, I’m trying to make changes. Well it’s the same and nothing has changed over the past 10 months. More

Received great service from Brian Everhart to resolve a longtime problem with my Acadia transmission issues that were defined in a letter that I submitted to GMC. We had to deal with the GM strike delay o longtime problem with my Acadia transmission issues that were defined in a letter that I submitted to GMC. We had to deal with the GM strike delay of getting the parts but once the parts were received, Brian got me in and resolved the problems so far and hopefully forever. Thanks! Also, upon request, Max took care of getting me the itemized list of parts to be installed that helped me to see that the latest vintage parts were being utilized. This was just what I was looking for. Thanks again! More
