I grew up here locally in Hartland, VT attended Western New England College. I moved back to the area to raise my four children and take advantage of the outdoor activities uniquely available to our region. I have two grandchildren that live in the area and look forward to spending time with them. I also enjoy and treasure my time spent with my parents who live nearby in the area as we all age. I love people and serving them is something I have enjoyed very much throughout my various professions over the past 20 years respectively. After my three positive vehicle purchasing experiences here at White River Toyota it seemed to be an organic professional transition and natural location for my next adventure. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

This is the second toyota we got from down there great experience both times we have a toyota, a dealership closer to us, but the experience we get from you guys down there and from Brian as well worth th experience both times we have a toyota, a dealership closer to us, but the experience we get from you guys down there and from Brian as well worth the extra few miles to go we'll be back for another one in a few years and to see Brian again, he's a great guy. Having known Brian previously from other occupations it was an easier process to purchase our first Toyota. Brian is more of an assistant in purchasing a vehicle than a salesman. The process went as smooth was an easier process to purchase our first Toyota. Brian is more of an assistant in purchasing a vehicle than a salesman. The process went as smoothly as it could have especially with no pressure to do anything we didn’t feel comfortable with. If he couldn’t answer a question he found someone who could assist us with an answer. He and the whole crew did what we would call a smooth transaction. Good things take time. Brian is a kind hearted straight shooter. He is easy to work with and you feel like you are getting real information to make the most informed decision one can make when purchasing a car. I am in the fortunate position that I don't have to sweat the numbers and yet he kept asking the right questions to know who you are so he could recommend the appropriate vehicle and not just "sell" you more than what makes sense. If I were a first time purchaser I know I would have been given the right information and not walked away with buyers remorse. If Brian is still selling cars the next time I need a car I would happily (and enjoy) working with him again. More

Had a really great experience with Brian Fortier at White River Toyota. He was super courteous and genuinely warm from the start, and it never felt like he was just trying to sell us something. I went in pretty skeptical that we’d even find a car, but somehow we left with exactly what we were looking for. The whole process felt easy and low-pressure.
