I have been traveling from NW IN, Merrillville, to purchase my Toyotas for over 25 years. I met Brian Fuller way back in 1998. He has been my contact ever since. I have the utmost respect for Brian and the job he does. You can tell that they treat their employees well since so many are still with Ed Martin Toyota. Tony Boulse ordered my recent Toyota Sienna and was a great communicator throughout the process. I picked up my new van this past weekend and was able to meet Xavier Potter and Ben Norman , the new younger generation of workers were all extremely professional and friendly. This dealership tells you the truth and can be depended upon from sales to service. Over my 25 years I have used their service for things other Toyotas could not find and Mike Wolf found the problem. My family has a Camry, Avalon and Sienna all purchased from Ed Martin.. We will never go anywhere else for our Toyotas. More

Katrina Jewell is courteous and was patient enough to explain the whole purchase process to us. Also, one great attribute I discovered in her, is that she was very much concerned about my well being and explain the whole purchase process to us.
