Friendly service I brought my Jeep in a few times to get my weather strip replaced. I was frustrated at first because I had to bring it in 4 times for it to be properl I brought my Jeep in a few times to get my weather strip replaced. left car a mess Brought the car in for the first service since buying it from that dealer. 20000 mile service. Oil change and cabin filter. Car was finished on time a Brought the car in for the first service since buying it from that dealer. 20000 mile service. Oil change and cabin filter. Car was finished on time and was picked up later that day. 1. Porter who got my car was rude. 2. Inside of car had garbage left in it. wrapper. window sticker, floor protector 3. outside by hood and front fender of car had grease marks all over it as if the mechanic did not even try to protect the body. (just detailed the car prior to bringing it in so thanks for that) 4. No idea when my next oil change is due since they removed the sticker from inside the windshield and did not replace it with an updated one. (also left smear marks on my window) Not only was the purchase process a nightmare with this dealer (just dishonest people) but even the service dept. is substandard ( and I've dealt with many dealers in the past) Time to find another dealer and warn anyone else I come across about them More
