Disappointing Salesman and Customer Service Since 2005 we have dealt only with Cocoa Hyundai and have purchased 2 new vehicles and leased l vehicle. In 2014 we leased a Tucson from them and af Since 2005 we have dealt only with Cocoa Hyundai and have purchased 2 new vehicles and leased l vehicle. In 2014 we leased a Tucson from them and after 2 years all of the sales people there called repeatedly wanting us to trade our Tucson for a new car. We finally went in to see what they had to offer and did find a Santa Fe that we liked. It was a 2016 model and the salesman we were dealing with told us that he could get us in that car for the same monthly payment that we were paying at that time on the Tucson. When he came back to us with an amount that was about $80.00 more than what we were paying we had to say no. He kept trying to push this car on us but we said no. He finally gave up and we picked out a used Santa Fe Sport to purchase. From that point on the experience was horrible. The salesman told us he would check on some items for us that we wanted to be part of the deal and that he would call us the next day or two. He never called us back. We would call him and have to leave a message and he still did not return the call. Finally talked to a manager and he gave us the info we needed. Having been loyal customers for so many years I felt we should have been treated much better than we were. I don't care if I was buying a used or new car the customer service should have been the same but apparently customer service is not a priority for Cocoa Hyundai. There was a different group of people there than the last time we were in there. The only person we saw that has been there since 2005 was the finance officer who was very easy to deal with as always. The chances of us dealing with Cocoa Hyundai again for anything including service on the car are slim to none. We have never been so disappointed in a dealership before as we are with Cocoa Hyundai. More
