Sales Experience was good, Financing was not. In the beginning of the financing portion everything was just fine, he was polite and friendly and willing to explain things. Once I turned down the extended warranty coverage which would have raised my monthly payment by about $50, his attitude changed. From then on he acted like he just wanted to get me out of there which i'm sure has to do with him not receiving incentives based on sales of extended coverages. During the process in the office I repeatedly asked about my interest rate and my monthly payment, making sure that they would not change due to some technicality in the wording of the document. I was told that was the rate and my payment was going to be X amount of dollars. Two days later I received a call saying that i needed to come in and sign papers agreeing to an increase in my interest rate. I was then told that I signed papers saying that it could increase and when I asked to have those faxed to my lawyer for review, I was asked what my problem was. I stated that i had agreed to a monthly payment and an interest rate and asked over and over again if it would change and was told no. I will admit that he worked to keep my payment the same even with an interest rate increase but the overall attitude I received about it was uncalled for and unprofessional. When i eventually came in to sign the papers, i brought my wife with me who is a lawyer and had her read through the document that I signed supposedly saying that my rate could increase and when she pointed out that nowhere in the document did it say that was the case, he looked at the other employee in his office and rolled his eyes and then told us that it was inferred. At no time was he able to point out exactly where it said that I agreed my rate could increase which means either he has no idea what he's doing or he was lying. My sales experience was fine and if it wasn't for this issue, I would have left a 5 star overall experience rating. More
