He has always been pleasant and straight forward. For this particular sale he handled the financial aspect. He was very patient to answer my questions, to be sure I was making good choices in my accessory items. My sales professional was Maurice Smith. I was very impressed with Maurice. He explained things to me about purchasing cars that I never understood before. He also was very patient with me, especially as I ask a lot of questions. Also, of great professional help was Ali Sherief in explaining how to use all the gadgets in my car. My overall experience was exceptional and so is my new Santa Fe! I loved working with DT. He is an awesome salesperson! He didn't push us. I will say after we got home I had the feeling we were over charged! Which we were! I just purchased a Veloster last week and I must say that compared to other dealerships I have dealt with, this was by far the best experience I have had. My Salesman, DT Thornton, was courteous, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I was shocked to have him follow up with me after I purchased my car, just to make sure everything was ok and that I didn't have any additional questions. No one has ever done that before! Brian Gore completed my paperwork and made it quite painless for me. Another pleasant experience with him as well. I noticed that all the Sales people at this dealership were nice, funny and just enjoyed a camaraderie amongst them that made it a very pleasant experience for me. I gave this dealership a 5 on every category because they truly were greatl with me. While I thought the car that I really wanted was the car they had brought up for me, it turned out (and this was totally my fault) that it was not the car that I wanted. They didn't get mad. In fact, we all joked about it and between DT & Maurice, they both found the exact car I wanted right on their lot (it had just arrived and hadn't been logged in yet.) I bought the car and I have to say that it was most fun I ever had buying a car. Brian Gore, the business manager, went through all of the paperwork and didn't do it in a "Speedy Gonzalez" kind of way, which I totally appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Orlando area who is looking for a Hyundai. More

My mother highly recommended this dealership, so I went along with her on a whim just to have a look and see what kind of vehicles they had. I was initially very surprised at how pleasant helpful and welco along with her on a whim just to have a look and see what kind of vehicles they had. I was initially very surprised at how pleasant helpful and welcoming all the staff were. We looked at several and I ended up remarkably driving home 2 hours later in the car I have always dreamed of owning. The price for my trade in was very fair, as was the price of the used car (2yrs old). I live 2 hours drive away from this particular dealership, and the staff raced to get my new car valeted (to a very high standard) and all the relevant paperwork done. ALL the staff were great, and that's from the person washing the car up to the manager. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a more pleasant experience in buying a car from any dealer. I got the impression that they were honest, and although all dealerships are in the business of making money, I felt that they were being very fair, and helpful. Quite a change from past experiences with other dealers. As for the car, a dream to drive, economical to run, and extras to die for, love it. Yes I guess without a doubt like my mother I highly recommend COCOA HYUNDAI More
