Would I recommended Dolly ?, definetly .I felt she wanted to put me in a car that fit my needs not just in any car.I appreciated Brain in finance answering my questions ,never felt rushed .This was my first to put me in a car that fit my needs not just in any car.I appreciated Brain in finance answering my questions ,never felt rushed .This was my first time buying my own car. We just purchased our 3rd new Hyundai vehicle from Cocoa Hyundai. We no longer even shop them as they have always beaten any other deals we have been offered. The sales staff (Ryan Kremelberg, with an assis Hyundai. We no longer even shop them as they have always beaten any other deals we have been offered. The sales staff (Ryan Kremelberg, with an assist to Maurice Smith) as well as Brian Gore working the finance end were all very professional and friendly. We visited over a 3 week period before buying and were never pressured by Ryan or received any phone calls from the dealer pushing us. We have dealt with this dealership for close to 10 years and will surely be back! Thanks guys! More

I met Don at the service department when I was getting my Sonata serviced. I told that serve person that I was going to look at the Santa Fe's and he introduced me to Don. I went to the dealership and Don Sonata serviced. I told that serve person that I was going to look at the Santa Fe's and he introduced me to Don. I went to the dealership and Don showed me the Santa Fe with all the bells and whistles. I drove the car and fell in love with it. I wanted my husband to also drive the car so the next day we went back to the dealership and he drove the car. Don and Jon was very patient with us and we ironed out the deal. It was a long day and we drove home in our new Santa Fe. More

Ryan did everything he could to ensure that I drove out of the lot with a new car. He was honest and upfront about his intensions--I didn't feel manipulated, which is common in the car business. He delivered what he promised, so we both walked away happy--me with a new car, and him with a sale! Just a bit of feedback: Managers should assume that everyone that walks through the doors is a serious candidate for purchasing a vehicle: Customers can sense when you don't take them seriously, which can cause loss of a sale. More

This dealership is absolutely wonderful. We were greeted by Javitz Roebuck (Sales) and he was instantly so nice. There was no instant pressure to buy. We told him we just wanted to look around for a hatchba by Javitz Roebuck (Sales) and he was instantly so nice. There was no instant pressure to buy. We told him we just wanted to look around for a hatchback (an Accent in particular). We found a BEAUTIFUL lime green 2013 one. We tried to find out how much a monthly payment would be and I appreciate the fact that he didn't make any promises about how much it would be. The test drive was nice. Javitz was rather hilarious and so friendly. When we sat down and started to figure out the numbers it was tense for a moment, but it really wasn't a big deal because Javitz went out of his way to try and get us the lowest interest rate possible. The first numbers that were spit out were way too high and he understood. Also, Brian Gore (Business Manager) was extremely friendly, but also professional when it came down to signing the contracts and offering the best deals. He took extra time to get us the lowest price. I drove off the lot with that car and it was the first one I looked at. The overwhelmingly friendly service and great deal made me not even want to consider the Ford Fiesta or Honda Fit! This place was great and I HIGHLY recommend it! More

I had owned a Hyundai Sonata since 2009 and it had been a great car. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I knew I wanted to look for another Hyundai. I had visited a different Hyundai dealership e great car. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I knew I wanted to look for another Hyundai. I had visited a different Hyundai dealership earlier in the month and left feeling like a nuisance. I was actually headed to the Honda dealership to purchase a new Civic when I decided to stop at Cocoa Hyundai for one last look. I'm very glad I did. Don was patient, answered all my questions, and tracked down the color I wanted. Brian made the paperwork as easy as possible and went out of his way to help with my tags. Thank you for making an experience I was dreading very pleasant. More

As a disabled veteran and purchaser of now my 4th vehicle from Coastal Hyundai I have never had a bad experience with any of the autos purchased or leased. He was extremely cordial and personable to me on my first visit, even though I was not ready to buy and told him so. He followed up with me via email and arranged for me to receive quotes on various configurations of new vehicles as well as available pre-owned vehicles. On my second visit Ali greeted me and my wife cordially, provided us refreshments and explained the car we liked to my wife as well as the rebates available. He then suggested I trade- in my old car and negotiated a fair price for a trade-in. Brian was also extremely efficient in explaining warranty options available, working out finance arrangements, and completing required paperwork. We drove away with a done deal completely satisfied we had "done good." Thank you, Ali, for convincing us that the Genesis was the car for us, negotiating the trade-in and getting us a great closeing prrice.
