After my own vehicle was totaled by the mistake of another driver, I was forced into 2 weeks of unplanned, mostly miserable searching for a replacement vehicle. I looked from New Port Richey to Bradenton, from Tampa to Orlando. I was apprehensive during the whole used car shopping ordeal because some sales people at some dealerships and car lots were pushy, or condescending, or dismissive. But negotiating with Brian Hall in sales at Walker Ford was smooth and pain free; his assistance was truly outstanding! I had read on the Internet that dealing with Finance and Insurance (F&I) was to be especially dreaded. But completing my paperwork with Mickey Alperstein was surprisingly easy and stress free. Both Brian and Mickey were helpful, respectful, and accommodating to all my questions, requests, and concerns. From the day of my first test drive, to my offsite mechanic's inspection, to the price negotiations, to the contract signing, and the final drive of my nicely detailed vehicle off the lot a few days later -- this was a comfortable, positive experience. Because of that I will recommend Brian and Mickey and Walker Ford to my friends and acquaintances. More
