So my key fob stopped working, the tire pressure gauges were giving an error and I take it to Van. It took them a week before they even looked at it. Then they say it is some sort of a chip or transmitter were giving an error and I take it to Van. It took them a week before they even looked at it. Then they say it is some sort of a chip or transmitter that needs to be replaced. So they order it, one comes in and they say that they can't use it because it was already programmed to another VIN number. I ask, "I thought I was getting a new part?" they said "it came in the box" I said just because it is in the box doesn't mean it is new.. So they order another one. More days pass. The second one, they tell me I can get the truck by the end of the day, then they tell me that "the pins are bent in this one and we can't use it", again I ask, I thought I was getting a new part? Then he hits me with more bad news. That the part is on backorder with NO eta. He let's me know that they will help me out as I have had a rental car all this time. Bare in mind that the car alarm goes off every-time I want to get into the vehicle.. My neighbors think I am breaking into my own car every morning at the crack of dawn. So then I get a call letting me know that they will give me $100 for the rental... no where close to covering that cost. I asked to have the manager give me a call and they said that they would have them call me. Never heard from them. Emailed, called, emailed again. Never heard back. I get that they have no control over the part situation. But the customer service, the dragging me along, the xx about the parts that they got not being ones they could use, and then not covering the cost of the rental.. I expect at least to have that cost covered. Especially with all this run around. More

Purchased a used vehicle on 11/19/21. Paid cash and was told they needed to run their safety inspection on the vehicle and would have it ready for pick up by 11/29/21. Every time I would call for an update told they needed to run their safety inspection on the vehicle and would have it ready for pick up by 11/29/21. Every time I would call for an update, I was passed around and finally given to a “manager”. He said my salesperson was with a customer and they would call me back. Texted salesperson in case it was easier for her to communicate that way and was told she would find out when I can pick up the car. This was at 430pm. A little after 6pm, I asked if she found anything out and was told my tech was gone for the day. Get a call this morning (11/130/21) that it will cost the dealership too much money to repair the car and they’re voiding my contract. Zero remorse from the dealership or salesperson that they just screwed over a single mom trying to find a decent car. Still waiting on at least an apology but imagine that’s not coming either. 0/10 stars for unethical behavior. *edited to add* As of 11/30/21, they just relisted it for sale and still has my money. I would caution against trusting this dealership More

Bad attitudes and even worse service. These people make you want to go home and swallow poison! Managers push for profit and to xxxx with the customer. If you value owning a vehicle dependably, then steer clear of this group and any of it's affiliates. More

EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE I AM GOING THRU WITH VAN CHEVROLET IN SCOTTSDALE AZ. I recently visited Van Chevrolet and purchased a truck that was not even there.(ordered) I have been GOING THRU WITH VAN CHEVROLET IN SCOTTSDALE AZ. I recently visited Van Chevrolet and purchased a truck that was not even there.(ordered) I have been getting the run around since may 24th on the delivery date of the truck from Michael RyBicki our sales person and Dan Alexander from finance just refuses to speak to me even after leaving lots and lots of messages., I have been calling every day trying to get an answer and have been hung up on, text, calls have not been returned. Spoke to Bryan who is a supervisor there, very rude individual who was no help at all and was told to call my sales guy even after explaining the situation I was going thru with calls and text messages, and was hung up by him as well, not sure if they have terrible phone service or this is the way this business runs,. Not sure if they want to keep my money I gave then for a down payment or what their plan is, but I do not recommend anybody going there to purchase any cars there. This has been a horrible experience and super stressful to the point that I have broken down into tears because of all this horrific customer service. Avoid any business with this dealership. More

Bait and switch and then bullying Found a truck online and contacted the dealership. I put in all my information online, including loan preapproval. Get there, contact came out with no mask, didn't know about the appt but I have emails and appt info. She finds another sales person. We drive around the lots for 20 minutes looking for the truck in question. I had the vin and stock number. Then proceed to sit for 1 1/2 hours - this included them trying to re-take my information. Trying to sell me trucks that didn't meet my needs nor in my budget. They took my keys to value my trade in and I finally had to demand my keys back. Once I get my keys, the guy tries to keep me there with his manager. Manager again tries to get me to pre-order a truck - again out of my price range and not to my specs. I had to raise my voice in order to leave. Unethical at best. More

Avoid the Incompetence My son asked me to co-sign a car loan for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. After a test drive he started the loan process and My credit recieved "4 Duplicate Har My son asked me to co-sign a car loan for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. After a test drive he started the loan process and My credit recieved "4 Duplicate Hard Inquiries" over 2 days only to find out that the car was already sold. They dealership then tried to "switch" him to a less desireable vehicle and he walked. It is obvious the dealership went loan shopping" and it wasn't until several months later during the refinance of my home mortgage that I uncover the affects of their incompetence. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Tons of unethical practices - had to file a dealership complaint with my financial institution bc they were part of their “preferred” dealerships and that was they onl practices - had to file a dealership complaint with my financial institution bc they were part of their “preferred” dealerships and that was they only way to get some sort of action taken... they continuously changed the numbers in the deal. Don’t work with Mike Nations (sales), Tristan Crook(finance), Keith Maldonado (internet management), Bret Glass (sale management), No matter how much you asked to speak to upper management like the GM they will just give you the run around and tell u he’s unavailable for two whole weeks! U can leave voicemails and you won’t get a reply. They will also treat u very xxxxty if u run into any issues with ur financing - I fell into this category due to an error that’s the dealership made within their systems connecting to the bank - I was approved and the bank told me so, I had my letter and such but the dealership couldn’t see this info on their system (apparently) and they called me a liar and told me they were not selling me the car and could no longer work with me bc I was a “Lyft “ driver and banks don like to work with Lyft drivers bc we don’t pay taxes and it’s not a real job! They became very unprofessional and rude - Id never seen such unprofessionalism. It’s a freaking zoo at this place! The fake deals and cheap prices are just that, don’t fall for the bait and switch!! More
