I recently embarked on what I thought would be a daunting journey: purchasing a car 1,500 miles away, sight unseen. The very thought filled me with nervous anticipation, but my experience with Shottenkirk tu journey: purchasing a car 1,500 miles away, sight unseen. The very thought filled me with nervous anticipation, but my experience with Shottenkirk turned this into an adventure I will gladly do again. Their remarkable team, led by the Brian in sales, transformed my anxiety into excitement and trust. Brian is not just a salesperson; he's a guardian angel for car buyers. His commitment abundantly clear, especially as he communicated with me on his days off and meticulously guided me through the shipping process – a task beyond his call of duty since I had engaged my own shipping company. His dedication to ensuring my peace of mind was nothing short of heroic. The excellence at Shottenkirk doesn't end with Brian. Jamie, the manager, and Jamie in finance, were pivotal during the transaction with top-tier customer service. Their communication was not just prompt and clear, but also warm and reassuring, making me feel like a valued member of the Shottenkirk family. For anyone in the market for a car, whether you're local or thousands of miles away, Shottenkirk should be your go-to destination. Their team's ability to bridge the distance with exceptional service and genuine care is a rare find in the automotive world.
