recently picked up our 4th mazda. this was the second time we purchased through hamilton mazda. the first mazda was a "6" purchased close to our home in northern nj. second vehicle wa this was the second time we purchased through hamilton mazda. the first mazda was a "6" purchased close to our home in northern nj. second vehicle was a cx-9 purchased through hamilton mazda. hamilton made the process simple and stress free, however, the delership is a 1-1/2 hour drive from our home. third vehicle,a cx-5 was purchased locally during the height of covid, at the recommendation of a family friend. we were not pleased with the experience. when it was time to shop for our 4th vehicle, i decided to call hamilton mazda, and was lucky enough to reach brian harris. over the phone i explained to brian that we were almost 80 miles away from hamilton mazda. i asked if he could work with our numbers, regarding a cx-90. he said to give him some time, and he would see what he could do. an hour later, he called back saying our numbers could work. i went to the dealership the next day to meet brian, sign papers, and pick up the vehicle. brian is easy going, knowledgeable, and professional. i really appreciated his way, and let him know. he explained that he has over 30 years experience in the business, and time has helped shape him into the salesman he is today. when we were done signing papers, brian took me outside and spent almost 1/2 an hour going over the features of the vehicle. best car buying experience i've ever had. second best experience was also at hamilton mazda. it wasnt a coincidence. to make things even better, i told brian i'd be back in the area 4-5 days from the day i picked up the vehicle for work reasons. the night before i was heading back towards hamilton, i received a phone call from the dealership stating that my plates were ready for pickup. hamilton mazda really does things right, next vehicle, going right back to hamilton. More
