Waited 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Also wanted them to look at a concern I had with the steering but was convinced to not have it looked at at the time as “they don’t appointment for. Also when I got my leased car I was not explained to how a lease works adequately. the finance person hid the page that said what the “buy” amount was at the end of the lease if I wanted a car while I was signing papers. I was never told what the “buy” amount was for the car at the end of my lease. I was under the impression I would just pay the amount I had left to pay at the original cost of the car when originally leased. I understand I should have researched leasing more but that fact they never told me the “buy” amount and the end of the lease and hid that page while I was signing is Reallll shady. More
