Austyn was good to work with he was very personable and helpful as a sales associate. Once the sales manager got involved everything started to feel like a typical scummy car dealership. The sales manager helpful as a sales associate. Once the sales manager got involved everything started to feel like a typical scummy car dealership. The sales manager became very pushy on thing a we said we didn’t want and tried whatever tactic he could to up charge. The dealership constantly lowballed me for my trade in offer and it wasn’t until I was walking out the door they offered me what I was asking for, which was nearly $3,000 more than their first offer. When we got to the finance manager things were back to mostly smooth, he seemed very aware that we didn’t want the extra add on dealership extras and made his mandatory spiel about them quick just to say he said it. But when all said and done, he didn’t even ask what loan terms we wanted and gave us a max 72 month loan term to make the final payment look good. My wife and I were so run down by the dealership by this time that we didn’t think to ask, being there for more than 3 hours will run anyone down. The dealership made a big deal about having a 30 day check in where we bring the car back in and they check everything over. They said they would call us the following Monday to set this up. They never did. The dealership didn’t keep their word on one of their “customer service” aspects. Overall I’d give the dealership a 2 out of 5 rating. More
