First off I would like to give RYAN WALKOWSKI a big shout out as our salesman. We actually didn't even consider jeep as a contender for our car purchase but he helped us get in the range we wanted for shout out as our salesman. We actually didn't even consider jeep as a contender for our car purchase but he helped us get in the range we wanted for a vehicle and the exact style. City CDJRF of Brookfield were great in helping us. The general manager even gave up the car he was using to help us get a car that day. We had a small leak in one tire and they not only checked it while we were doing the paperwork but replaced it within 1 day. They even gave us a car off the lot to use for a day while they fixed it. We couldn't be happier and can't give enough stars to the guys at city managers, Ryan, and the service guys who stayed late to fix the truck. Last but not least brian for helping us with tips on the warranty and financing and helping us secure our future with city. Overall thank you everyone! More

Car was priced well online which brought us in. Upon getting in there was a lot of pressure by the Sales Manager. We liked the car and the price so despite the extremely poor sales experience we decided to move forward with the purchase. The finance person was great. When we were walking out the door we were told there was only one key to the car for the first time. We were then told two different stories about where the key was with a promise to reach out to the previous owner. Still no resolve to that issue. Not an honest car buying experience and we would not buy from this dealer again or recommend this dealer. More

After getting home, I found that my back windshield wipe had been taped on. Lots of undisclosed issues this dealership tried to not only hide, but ask for far more money than listed. More
