A Dealership That Feels Like Home Working with Snell was one of the least "dealership-like" experiences I've ever had in my 12+ vehicles I've owned over the years. Brian Holmen is an Working with Snell was one of the least "dealership-like" experiences I've ever had in my 12+ vehicles I've owned over the years. Brian Holmen is an amazing zero-pressure person who went out of his way to help me out and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was hung up on a Sierra 1500 Denali and an older RAM 2500 Diesel. Brian didn't pressure me at all to make a choice other than highlighting the differences, benefits, and drawbacks of each option which I appreciated. I got to meet Daryl who helped me value my trade and was great. Levi handled financing and laid it all out, and he even helped me figure out the best options for financing and warranties to save me money. Greg in Service helped me pick out some tires to go on the truck and explained the benefits and drawbacks of the options. Ryan McMahan sat down with me a bit and visited just to discuss the truck I picked out. I live down near Des Moines, IA, and can say without hesitation that I plan on checking with Snell the next time we need to purchase another vehicle. More

Our last stop was Snell and we asked for a gentler, calmer salesperson to work with and they sent Brian down to meet with us. What a relief! He was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. We were able to find just what we needed at a reasonable price and Brian even delivered it to our house when it was ready to go. Would definitely recommend! More
