Straightforward, helpful, friendly and fair I was really not intending to buy a car this soon, instead just visiting several area dealerships to do a little research and test a few out. This was my 4th stop in that process, but was the last one that I had on my "must see" list of potential vehicles. Jason was very helpful from the word go, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and easy to talk to. He was obviously eager to make the sale, but not pushy. He was better able to answer specific questions about features, function, options, etc. than any of the other dealers that I visited (except the Toyota dealer, who was also on top of everything, but the overall pace of the dealership was so busy that it felt more frenetic.) There was a bit of that back and forth with the wizard behind the curtain about negotiating a deal that none of us ever enjoy, but it did not drag on long and we were able to lay out reasonable terms quickly. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what I didn't, and they had what I wanted in stock and gave me a reasonable offer, without trying to push other things that I didn't want or need. So I decided to limit my potential exposure to standard auto buying misery and got a deal done quickly, easily, and without a lot of time or hassle. More

I live 200 miles away, and was only "just looking" for a red Tucson to replace my leased vehicle. Jason Capilla listened to all that I wanted and the financing I was interested in and he told me he would g red Tucson to replace my leased vehicle. Jason Capilla listened to all that I wanted and the financing I was interested in and he told me he would get back with me in a few minutes. And he did! And throughout our discussions he mentioned Tri-State would deliver my vehicle to me without me having to make the 200-mile trip. Though they did not have the exact vehicle in stock that I wanted they found it for me. That very evening we completed negotiations, signed the paperwork and Tri-State sent someone to me to do all of that and to pick up my car. They brought me a brand new vehicle to drive while they were readying the car that I purchased. I'm setting in my home looking at the beautiful new red Hyundai Tucson sitting in my driveway. It was a great day at Amarillo Hyundai I had been waiting for the Palisade to debut, and I called and asked what they had, Jason was quick on it and I went right down and test drove the Pal I had been waiting for the Palisade to debut, and I called and asked what they had, Jason was quick on it and I went right down and test drove the Palisade....my salesman was young but very knowledgeable about this new vehicle, and so kind and funny....I gave him my info, and afterwork that same day ….made the deal...smooth and no problems.....and that folks is how a car deal should be...….if you ever bought a new vehicle...……...you know sometimes its a long wait and the long paperwork.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....blah blah, been there and done that......but these guys know their stuff and know the drill...easy peezy!
