I have not meet too many salesmen over the years that knew as much as they needed to know about the vehicles they were selling. Brian is the exception! I am very impressed with his breadth of knowledge on all the functions and options on all the different cars and trucks that are on the lot for sale. I now understand why Berger Chevrolet is a top dealership in West Michigan. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy and comfortable. On a side note, I don't normally look this goofy. I had just gotten out of work and Brian and the dealership stuck it out well past closing time of 4pm on a Saturday to finalize the sale of my new Chevrolet Malibu! More

Being a Sr and a widow, with a very upset stomach, with nerves, my concern was could I even buy a new car? My salesman was awesome, caring, and made me feel relaxed, while going through all the paperwork, all the staff at Burgers was very nice and willing to help me, this is why I rated 5 stars. More
