We test drove a used car here - the car ran well but we expressed concerns that the car pulled to the right and could they have the car looked over in the shop. The sales associate assured us that the car had already been completely checked out in the shop and passed with flying colors. WRONG!!! Two days after we bought the car, the check engine light came on, so we took the car to the Toyota dealer. Apparently, the tire has a broken belt, (why it pulls right) a leaking water pump, the transmission fluid was BLACK! The EPA charcoal system needs to be replaced (why the service light was on). This little list of repairs totals up to 2000.00. Ummm if the car had been "through their shop" shouldn't all of this been discovered? Either way, they lied! They insisted that they were coming way down on the price and that we were basically getting the car for a steal! Yeah Right! This car was for my 16 yr old daughter and I understand all used cars have issues but they should have been upfront about what was wrong with the car and then we could have made our offer from there - shameful that they would do that just to get a lousy sale! More
