I had been to two separate tire shops over the past year to remedy my problem, and should have just come to BMW of Salem right off the bat. Very reasonable price at 79.00 for a wheel balance that is thorough and that's with a nice wash of the car! Mackenzie Thompson is great to deal with at the service desk. She knows her stuff, is attentive and very smart and always understands what to ask and what I'm asking. Kenny Klink is an absolute master at tracking things down, giving communication and then solving the problem. I'd trust him with any BMW I have, for any problem! I always also enjoy speaking with guys like Brian and Jim in sales, as they're always friendly and informative. Looking over the newer BMWs can be a lot of fun while waiting for some service. Towards the end of the model year (late MAY), I contacted Brian Kimmerle via email to see if he could meet my build price and it was agreed upon. We met to finalize the build and paperwork, Brian explained the process, and the countdown began. Although there were some hiccups on the part of BMW, of which Brian kept me informed, I met my new X3 on 25 AUG. I also worked with Daniel Barreto for financing and service/warranty items, as well as those who determine trade-in offer. From start to finish, I had a great buying experience and would highly recommend BMW of Salem. More

Not only was the vehicle exactly what I wanted, the service I received was incredible. I got there less than an hour before they closed, but Brian didn't rush me at all. He made me feel completely at home. In less than 2 hours from my initial visit I drove off with my new vehicle. I've never, ever had such a pleasant car buying experience. I ultimately special ordered my new BMW and Brian provided constant updates on the production and shipping status. His estimate of when the new car arrived was very accurate. Brian is a real BMW enthusiast and was very knowledgable of the brand. He had lots of good advice on features and what options made sense for my special order. I would gladly purchase any future BMW from BMW of Salem and would recommend them to anyone considering a new BMW. More
