He expertly assessed my interests and offered recommendations, yet provided the space and time I needed for analysis and decision-making. As I moved toward taking delivery in Munich, he enlisted BMW of Salem's highly-experienced Jim Mannheimer who knows the fine points of that system and how to ensure it runs smoothly. In summary, the dealership handled my transaction forthrightly, honestly, and without gimmickry or hype. More

I dropped by the BMW of Salem dealership on a whim, intending to look at the larger dealership in Portland - Kuni BMW the following week, but right away I was greeted by Brian Kemmerle and the wonderfu intending to look at the larger dealership in Portland - Kuni BMW the following week, but right away I was greeted by Brian Kemmerle and the wonderful staff at BMW of Salem who were able to take exactly what I was looking for in a 3 series a gave me several different models to look at and test drive. The test driving process was smooth (I was able to drive the cars in my all my usual daily driving road types) and Brian was very knowledgable in the cars and what they had to offer. I was quickly able to find a car that was (almost) perfect and had other options I didn't even know I wanted. BMW of Salem was more friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient when compared to Kuni BMW of Portland - by far. After test driving the Audi A4 & S4, BMW 3 series sedans at Kuni, and the Infiniti G37x & Q50, I knew I had found my car at BMW of Salem. Negotiating the price of the car was a breeze and I wasn't pressured to purchase any additional add-ons. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I have been back to the dealership three times since and the staff is always accommodating and several still remember me by name. I 100% recommend checking out BMW of Salem if you are interested in a BMW! More

I started looking for a car to replace my 1998 Toyota Corolla several months ago. I was taking a job that involved more driving and the Corolla and my back were not getting along as well as they used to. Corolla several months ago. I was taking a job that involved more driving and the Corolla and my back were not getting along as well as they used to. I also wanted a car that would be reliable and able to handle all sorts of weather. Efficiency and reliability were also important factors. I did a lot of on-line research and then began to contact dealerships. I contacted BMW of Salem and within two hours I received a return call from Mr. Brian Kemmerle. We talked for a few minutes and set up a time for me to see and test drive a 328i. No other dealership that I contacted was anywhere close to this response time. When I arrived at the dealership, Mr. Kemmerle impressed me with two things. One was his knowledge of the car he was selling. The other was how he was able to ascertain quickly what was important to me as a customer and what was not. During the test drive he was able to point out the relevant attributes of the car. I was quite impressed, but while the 328i all wheel drive model met a lot of my criteria, I was not quite happy with the efficiency as that was a high priority for me. I told Mr. Kemmerle that I wanted to think about this and we agreed to stay in contact. Mr. Kemmerle maintained contact with me via email every month or so and answered a couple of questions that I had. In August, he notified me that BMW was bringing a diesel version of the 328 to the US and since I was looking for a high-milage car I might be interested. I read numerous reviews of the European models and decided to purchase the car. I met with Mr. Kemmerle and he helped me sort through the various options for the car and at no time did I get the sense that he was tryng to "upsell" me. I found Mr. Kemmerle to be very helpful and informative and respectful throughout. He maintained communication with me in an unobtrusive manner. I recommend him and BMW of Salem very highly. More

I went to Salem BMW with my husband to pick up some paint for his Z3. A pretty red X3 caught my eye just out the front window! Brian suggested that we take it for a test drive. BMW of Salem treated me with respect and professionalism when I was confronted with a repair bill on my current vehicle and wanted to compare the repair to the cost of leasing a new car. The quick evaluatio when I was confronted with a repair bill on my current vehicle and wanted to compare the repair to the cost of leasing a new car. The quick evaluation of the cost of the lease and pricing out exactly what I wanted and not what they thought I needed was a breath of fresh air. I wanted a new 3 series with as few bells and whistles as possible, as I treat this car as my little commuter car.... Brian Kemmerle (sorry Brian if I misspelled your last name) was fantastic to work with start to finish. No pressure...just helping me get what I wanted...and I did. More
